Certain diamond and fine jewellery items featured across our collections are made to order. Please refer to the relevant product information page. If unsure, contact us prior to placing your order. Standard non-customised items are usually available immediately but on occasions the fulfillment of your order may be delayed due to supply interruptions or the temporary unavailability of the specific product variant you have chosen. After you have submitted your order you will receive acknowledgement from us by email.
This will state that we are checking availability of the item/s you have ordered. Where you have elected to pay by credit or debit card, your authorised payment will not be captured until we have established availability of the item/s ordered. If for any reason a significant delay is anticipated in fulfilling your order or your item/s no longer available, we will contact to you to explain this and any alternatives open to you. Should you instead decide to cancel your order, you will need to inform us of this by email at: contact@pobjoydiamonds.com or by telephone on +44 (0) 20 3998 3075. Once we have received notice to cancel your order, we will implement this within our platform. Should any authorised payment have already been captured by that stage, we will process a full refund the same day if the notice to cancel is received before 5pm UK time, otherwise during the following business day.
