Most of our packaging is made from recycled card. All our packaging is purchased from the UK and Europe.

If you would prefer to receive your items without our branded packaging or have a special requirement, please email us after checkout.

Please note that our policy is to issue invoices. documentation and receipts electronically, for environmental reasons.

We use the trusted Royal Mail's logistic services to provide our customers with FREE delivery within the UK. 

The information provided below is for guidance purposes and may be subject to change. It is reliant upon the policies set by the Royal Mail or other logistics companies Pobjoy may use so as to provide our customers with the fastest and most reliable shipping services.

If you require special delivery arrangements or need your item urgently, please contact us before ordering. We will do our best to accomodate special requirements. Multiple items ordered within one checkout maybe sent separately or combined within one parcel and we will notify you accordingly when shipping.

Most items under £150 value are mailed in plain unbranded cushioned envelopes designed to fit through your letter box and therefore not requiring a signature of receipt.

Some items, regardless of value, are not suited for letter box delivery and are therefore sent in unbranded safely packaged cardboard mailing boxes.

Where your order includes tracking information this will be emailed or texted to you once the item/s has been despatched.

Shipping to mainland Europe incurs surcharges and may require the services of an alternative delivery company. For UK customers it is possible to pre-arrange pick up of your order from Pobjoy. Estimated delivery times stated are from the day items are dispatched. For rings, bespoke, customized and some handmade items please see the relevant product information about expected lead times. If you require an item urgently please let us know and we will endeavour to facilitate this, subject to any additional charges this may incur which will be passed on to you at cost.

Additional Information & Overseas Orders

Items Under £150 UK

Orders for standard items processed during weekdays before 11 am which are in stock are shipped within 48 hours and usually the same day using Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class delivery. You should receive your order within two working days of notification by SMS or email that your order has been shipped. When tracking information is provided by Royal Mail these details will be emailed to you. Please allow extra time for orders placed at weekends and public holidays.

Items Over £150 UK

Orders for standard items processed during weekdays before 11 am which are in stock are shipped within 48 hours and usually the same day using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. You should receive your order within 48 hours of us notifying you by SMS or email that your order has been shipped. This service also provides tracking information provided by Royal Mail by SMS or email to ensure delivery information to both the customer and Pobjoy. Please allow extra time for orders placed at weekends and public holidays.

Items Over £500 UK

Orders of over £500 value processed before 11 am on weekdays are shipped within 48 hours and usually the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. Once dispatched from Pobjoy we will notify you by SMS or email and you should receive your order before 1 pm the following day. This service includes tracking information and tracking updates which are provided by the Royal Mail and will be sent to you by SMS or email. Requires a signature upon receipt.

EU Mainland

For orders up to £399 we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For Delivery. This incurs a supplemental charge of £15 or currency equivalent. For all orders of £399+ or currency equivalent shipping is free of charge.*

USA & Rest Of World

All orders up to £499 or currency equivalent incur a supplemental charge of $20/£20. For all orders of £500+ or currency equivalent shipping is free of charge. Shipping of loose diamonds is included in the price.

Standard, Made To Order & Customised Items

Certain items from our diamond and fine jewellery collections are specifically made to order or customised. In some cases, non-customised, standard items of a specific variant may be immediately available for shipping while another variant of the same design may not.

In the case of orders of standard items that for whatever reason cannot be immediately fulfilled, we will contact you soon after receipt of your order to advise you of the date by which we expect your item to be ready. We will not process your order nor capture payment until we have confirmed this with you. 

Items which are customised or made to order typically take approximately three working weeks to complete from when your order has been received by us.

If you would like to check the expected fulfilment date of a particular item before completing checkout, please contact us first and we will be right back to you.

Please do remember to check your email spam folder just in case! Or include a contact number so we can be sure to reach you. We take the security of your personal information and privacy extremely seriously and will not call you unless necessary.

Bespoke Commissions

Bespoke items of jewellery, including diamond engagement rings, typically involve a minimum of three weeks to complete from receipt by us of initial payment.

Factors including the procurement of your chosen precious gemstone, complex design detailing and hallmarking by the Sheffield Assay Office will determine the exact time to completion.

If you require your bespoke item more urgently, please advise us of this at the design stage and we will do what we can to accomodate your request.

In the case of all orders, expected lead times and delivery dates are given in good faith and orders for non-standard items cannot be cancelled. Please see our full Terms & Conditions of Sale.

FREE 28 DAY RETURNS

Returns From Within The UK

Items Under £1,000 In Value

We offer free paid for returns and exchanges on all standard items of over £50 purchase cost on all UK orders.

For items under £1,000 in value, please click on the button below to complete the Royal Mail online return process.

This will create a label which you will just need to print off and affix to the parcel or envelope and post back to us.

Therefore, please do not discard the shipping envelope or box until you are sure you are happy with your Pobjoy item. If you have discarded the original shipping envelope or box, please carefully place all the original contents into a new large envelope and then attach the returns form to the front of the envelope using sellotape or paper-glue.

Where you are prompted for an order number please add five zeros ("00000") to the end of your original Pobjoy Diamonds order number.

So if your order number is #1543, please enter 154300000.

Don't worry if you cannot locate this number (it will be on the confirmation email sent to you when you ordered placed your order). Just contact us and well will provide it to you.

Our returns service is provided in partnership with the Pobjoy Mint

If you do not have access to email or the internet please just enter our full postal address in legible writing upon the parcel you are returning.

For items of £50 or less you will be required to pay for the returning shipping costs which are typically between £1.50 and £4.30 based on typical UK Royal Mail second class delivery charges.

Upon receipt of the undamaged good/s we will arrange for your original payment card to be refunded in full or - if you prefer - issue you a credit note in the form of an equivalent value gift token plus an additional £10 to spend in the Pobjoy E-Boutique on returned items of more than £50 purchase price. Subsequent purchases using this gift token cannot be returned or exchanged for cash but can be returned for replacement gift tokens.

Items Over £1,000 In Value

For items over £1,000 in value please contact us to arrange safe return of goods.

Returns From Outside Of The UK

For returns of items ordered from and shipped to outside of the UK, please check details with us and any costs which may apply before placing your order.

Notification Of Returns

You have 14 days after receipt of your item/s within which to notify us by email or phone that you intend to make a return. Our email address is contact@pobjoydiamonds.com. Telephone +44 (0) 20 3998 3075. From when you notify us by email or phone of your intention to return the item/s, you have a further 14 days for any returned item/s to be shipped to and received by us.

It is very important that you do not wear or in anyway damage the item you wish to return to Pobjoy. We strongly advise you to handle the jewellery item extremely carefully and with clean hands or gloves when inspecting the item or trying it on, as we are unable to accept any item which is anything less than in as-new condition. All items are quality checked and photographed before dispatch. Certain items, including engraved, bespoke and customised products as well as earrings which have been worn, cannot be returned unless faulty when received by you.

About Our Diamonds & Fine Jewellery

All diamond rings and jewellery featured within our collections are ethically sourced, natural mined diamonds.

Any items comprising laboratory grown (lab) diamonds are clearly and discreetly categorised as such.

Ordering & Item Availability

Certain diamond and fine jewellery items featured across our collections are made to order. Please refer to the relevant product information page. If unsure, contact us prior to placing your order. Standard non-customised items are usually available immediately but on occasions the fulfillment of your order may be delayed due to supply interruptions or the temporary unavailability of the specific product variant you have chosen. After you have submitted your order you will receive acknowledgement from us by email.

This will state that we are checking availability of the item/s you have ordered. Where you have elected to pay by credit or debit card, your authorised payment will not be captured until we have established availability of the item/s ordered. If for any reason a significant delay is anticipated in fulfilling your order or your item/s no longer available, we will contact to you to explain this and any alternatives open to you. Should you decide to cancel your order instead, you will need to inform us of this by email at: contact@pobjoydiamonds.com or by telephone on +44 (0) 20 3998 3075. Once we have received notice to cancel your order, we will implement this within our platform. Should any authorised payment have already been captured by this stage, we will process a full refund the same day if  notice to cancel is received before 5pm UK time, otherwise during the following business day.
