We use the trusted Royal Mail's logistic services to provide our customers with FREE delivery within the UK. The information provided below is for guidance purposes and may be subject to change. It is reliant upon the policies set by the Royal Mail or other delivery companies Pobjoy may use to provide customers with fast and reliable shipping services.
If you require special delivery arrangements or need your item urgently, please contact us before ordering. We will do our best to accomodate special requirements. Multiple items ordered within one checkout maybe sent separately or combined within one parcel and we will notify you accordingly when shipping.
Most items under £150 value are mailed in plain unbranded cushioned envelopes designed to fit through your letter box and therefore not requiring a signature of receipt.
Some items, regardless of value, are not suited for letter box delivery and are therefore sent in unbranded safely packaged cardboard mailing boxes.
Where your order includes tracking information this will be emailed or texted to you once the item/s has been despatched.
Shipping to mainland Europe incurs surcharges and may require the services of an alternative delivery company. For UK customers it is possible to pre-arrange pick up of your order from Pobjoy. Estimated delivery times stated are from the day items are dispatched. For rings, bespoke, customized and some handmade items please see the relevant product information about expected lead times. If you require an item urgently please let us know and we will endeavour to facilitate this, subject to any additional charges this may incur which will be passed on to you at cost.

Orders for standard items processed during weekdays before 11 am which are in stock are shipped within 48 hours and usually the same day using Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class delivery. You should receive your order within two working days of notification by SMS or email that your order has been shipped. When tracking information is provided by Royal Mail these details will be emailed to you. Please allow extra time for orders placed at weekends and public holidays.
Items Over £150 UK
Orders for standard items processed during weekdays before 11 am which are in stock are shipped within 48 hours and usually the same day using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. You should receive your order within 48 hours of us notifying you by SMS or email that your order has been shipped. This service also provides tracking information provided by Royal Mail by SMS or email to ensure delivery information to both the customer and Pobjoy. Please allow extra time for orders placed at weekends and public holidays.
Items Over £500 UK
Orders of over £500 value processed before 11 am on weekdays are shipped within 48 hours and usually the same day using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. Once dispatched from Pobjoy we will notify you by SMS or email and you should receive your order before 1 pm the following day. This service includes tracking information and tracking updates which are provided by the Royal Mail and will be sent to you by SMS or email. Requires a signature upon receipt.
EU Mainland
For orders up to £250 we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For Delivery. This incurs a supplemental charge of £8 or currency equivalent. For all orders over £250 or currency equivalent shipping is free of charge.*
USA & Rest Of World
All orders up to £300 or currency equivalent incur a supplemental charge of £15. For all orders over £300 or currency equivalent shipping is free of charge.*

FREE 28 DAY RETURNS
We offer free paid for returns and exchanges on all standard items of over £50 purchase cost. We will email you a form or an online link from which to download it to tape back on to the package we shipped your order in. Therefore please do not discard the shipping envelope or box until you are sure you are happy with your Pobjoy item. If you have discarded the original shipping envelope or box, please carefully place all the original contents into a new large envelope if the overall depth with the items inserted is 25mm or less and then place the returns form to the front of the envelope using sellotape or paper glue.
If you do not have access to email or the internet please just enter our full postal address in legible writing upon the parcel you are returning. For items of £50 or less you will be required to pay for the returning shipping costs which are typically between £1.20 and £3.50 based on typical UK Royal Mail second class delivery charges.
If the items are larger then please insert into a small cardboard box which can be purchased from your local post office or stationers and affix the returns form or our full postal address to the front. You then just need to drop the item off to your nearest post office or other returns depot. Upon receipt of undamaged goods we will arrange for your original payment card to be refunded in full or issue you a credit note if you prefer in the form of an equivalent value gift token plus an additional £5 to spend in the Pobjoy E-Boutique on returned items of more than £50 purchase price. Subsequent purchases using this gift token cannot be returned or exchanged for cash but can be returned for replacement gift tokens.
Notification Of Returns
You have 14 days after receipt of your item/s within which to notify us by email or phone that you intend to make a return. Our email address is contact@pobjoydiamonds.com. Telephone +44 (0) 20 3998 3075. From when you notify us by email or phone of your intention to return the item/s, you have a further 14 days for any returned item/s to be shipped to and received by us.
It is very important that you do not wear or in anyway damage the item you wish to return to Pobjoy. We strongly advise you to handle the jewellery item extremely carefully and with clean hands or gloves when inspecting the item or trying it on, as we are unable to accept any item which is anything less than in as-new condition. All items are quality checked and photographed before dispatch. Certain items, including engraved, bespoke and customised products as well as earrings which have been worn, cannot be returned unless faulty when received by you.
