WAYS TO PAY
Payment may be made for your order by credit or debit card or by one of the other options shown such as Google Payments. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Pobjoy, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to solve this problem, and Pobjoy will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Where purchases are made from Pobjoy via online credit facilities or serial payment plans or contracts such as, for example, Klarna pay-in-three £1,000 maximum, any such credit or staged payment arrangements are entered into between you and the related service provider directly. Pobjoy does not provide credit purchase facilities directly to customers.
“Card Verification Value” is an anti-fraud feature to help ensure that the person placing an order is in possession of the credit card. The CVV is usually a three or sometimes four digit number printed on the front or back of the credit card. The CVV appears in different places on different types of cards: American Express: Four digit number printed on the front of the card, above the end of the embossed account number. MasterCard / Visa / Discover / Diners Club / JCB: The final three digits printed on the signature panel on the back of the card, following the account number.
Please note that our payment processing systems do not provide for manual point-of-sale credit or debit card processing facilities nor card payments over the phone.
If paying by Pay Pal we reserve the right to add an additional 2% processing fee to the invoiced amount payable to cover the increased charges passed on to us.
It is also possible to pay directly by same day bank transfer to Pobjoy for your items. Please contact us when checking out and we shall send you the appropriate banking details and instructions by SMS or email.
Bank transfers shall only be considered paid once received within our stated bank account.
Payments in cash maybe accepted solely at our discretion and shall also be subject to the UK HMRC's high value cash payment limit of E10,000 or GBP equivalent at the time.
